Overview
In this role you support day-to-day privacy operations for the DPO Office, overseeing complaints, rights requests, incident management and policy guidance.
You’ll drive process improvements, produce reports, and support privacy-by-design and compliance activities.
You’ll enhance the DPO’s digital presence and contribute to Heathrow’s digital transformation journey while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage core DPO activities, including compliance reviews, reporting, stakeholder communications, and scheduling privacy-related activities
- Support the complaints process with timely investigations, stakeholder engagement, documentation, dashboards, and resolution
- Operate and improve the rights requests process, ensuring statutory deadlines and effective stakeholder engagement
- Provide privacy advice and guidance to stakeholders, supporting privacy-by-design, assessments, and compliance tasks
- Maintain and enhance the DPO Office’s digital presence and knowledge resources (online content, self-service tools, training materials, team inbox)
- Support privacy incident and third-party risk management (investigations, mitigation, lessons learned, supplier/partner data processing oversight)
- Produce and analyse privacy management information (KPIs, dashboards, reports, trends) to identify process improvements and strengthen the privacy function
