You will maintain the safe and secure operation of the station during both normal and emergency situations by following operational procedures and responding effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Positive attitude to safety, security, and customer experience.
  • Flexible working regime.
  • Experience of working in a premium customer service environment.
  • Trained and qualified in Heathrow Rail Operating and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills; can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • You must pass a Rail Safety medical assessment.
  • Manage the platform concourse areas and gate line during normal and disrupted operations.
  • Be safe and comply with all company procedural rules and regulations including health and safety.
  • Assist customers with reduced mobility, pushchairs, and awkward luggage on platform and through the station.
  • Knowledge of train operators, products, and Heathrow Airport.
  • Report any assets that are unserviceable to support the reintroduction back into service as soon as possible.
  • Responsible for specific tasks within the emergency procedures for station evacuation to keep everyone safe.

This is a full-time position.
