As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping how we use information to improve passenger experience, streamline operations, and support our sustainability goals. Strong understanding of business processes and how data supports decision-making. Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar platforms. Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore new data sources. Ideally you will haveBackground in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analysis. Working directly with Product Owners and business teams to understand their processes and identify opportunities for data driven improvement. Analysing Finance and HR data to uncover insights that inform product and process enhancements. Working collaboratively across the business to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and supports strategic goals. Ensuring compliance with relevant governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
