Working Location

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ideally, you'll also have the following: Experience in aviation, transport, or other safety-critical industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and integration challenges.
• Certification in Product Ownership or Agile frameworks (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Heathrow’s strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and UX teams to define clear product requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the development and delivery of digital solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and passenger experience.
• Monitor product performance, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and maximise value.
• Champion agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of transparency, adaptability, and collaboration.

Full time
