You’ll guide strategy, governance, and delivery to help the airport operate efficiently and sustainably while delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. This is a chance to impact a major national infrastructure program within a world-class airport environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salaries /li li performance-based annual bonuses /li li Share in Success bonus plans /li li generous annual leave /li li market-leading pensions /li li private health insurance /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Define strategic direction for technology products supporting expansion and digital transformation /li li Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, Data AI, and Digital Transformation to align roadmaps /li li Oversee full lifecycle of IT products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement /li li Ensure compliance with technology, data, AI governance, cybersecurity and data protection standards /li li Engage with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure quality, scalability, and measurable outcomes /li li Facilitate collaboration across in-house and supplier teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience managing enterprise technology products across full lifecycle including transition and live operation /li li Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at senior levels /li li Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology assurance principles /li li Experience in complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments /li li Ability to define and track product outcomes, KPIs, and measurable benefits /li li Excellent communication and negotiation skills for prioritization and alignment /li li Ideally Agile delivery experience (SAFe) /li li Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product management tools /li li Experience in aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale operational environments /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Communication /li li Negotiation /li li Agile delivery (SAFe) /li li Azure DevOps /li li Cybersecurity basics /li /ul
