b Overview /b p In this role you will shape Heathrow’s structures and workforce governance to enable peak performance. You’ll partner with senior leaders to design organisation structures, governance and strategic workforce planning that align with business priorities. Using data and best practice, you’ll simplify ways of working, strengthen decision-making and improve organisational health. You’ll build and embed governance frameworks and lead an Organisation Effectiveness team delivering sustainable value for Heathrow.
