The Reward Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and customer-focused reward and payroll administration service. The role supports colleagues, managers, Payroll, and HR stakeholders by managing reward and pay-related activities, ensuring payroll data integrity, administering family-friendly leave processes, and supporting annual reward programmes.
The postholder is accountable for ensuring colleagues receive the correct pay, benefits, and statutory entitlements while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and payroll governance requirements. Working collaboratively across HR, Payroll, and the wider business, the role contributes to a high-quality service through effective query resolution, accurate calculations, strong stakeholder support, and continuous process improvement.
Whilst working as part of a team, the role holder will take ownership of their own work allocation, managing their time effectively, re-prioritising when necessary, to ensure all service delivery targets are met. They will lead on the more complex delivery and grow relationships with key internal stakeholders. Throughout, they will drive service quality through understanding and delivering against expectations, meeting objectives, effectively prioritising, and initiating continuous improvement.
Working location: Your contractual place of work will be the Heathrow Business Services Centre in Glasgow so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work. We also have some hybrid roles with a working approach which offers the opportunity for colleagues to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. - Validating and reconciling data to ensure accuracy in all reward transactions and reports.

- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve queries and ensure smooth process delivery.
- Supporting the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements within the reward function.
