Heathlands require a Commercial Plumber to join their M&E business on a permanent basis. Your main responsibilities in this role will be Installing commercial heating, hot and cold water systems. Commercial Plumber – Duties: * Upgrading systems to heat pumps and installing assiciated heating components * Upgrading/replacing boilers and assiciated heating components * Upgrading/replacing hot water cylinders and assiciated components * Upgrading/replacing heating components * Investigating and repairing leaks Commercial Plumber – Experience/Qualifictions * Level 2 plumbing – City and Guilds or NVQ * G3 – NOT ESSENTIAL * Gas quailfications – NOT ESSENTIAL * Hold a full driving licence * Have a minium of 3 years experience * Be able to maintain a high standard level of work Commercial Plumber – Benifits * £42,000 – £45,000 * 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Paid travel time * Overtime available * The potenial to earn an additional £15,000 with overtime * 1-6 call out rota – Standby fee £100 * Company pension * Company van and fuel card * Mobile phone * Uniform
