Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Property Management business in Cambridge to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. This is a hybrid role and your time will be split between the Cambridge office, working from home and travelling to sites across the South of England when required. The salary is up to £50,000 per annum plus car allowance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide competent Health and Safety advice and guidance
  • Respond to Health and Safety queries, assist with the creation of newsletters and help to maintain ISO certification 45001 and 14001
  • Provide Health and Safety support to the property management department and site-based teams
  • Ensure statutory compliance across the property portfolio and investigate incidents on-site as required
  • Deliver a first-class Health and Safety service and ensure best practice

Experience:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or a NEBOSH Diploma
  • Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Retail or a transferable sector
  • A team player with a pro-active, can do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and great stakeholder management skills
  • Strong I.T skills (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
