Heathfield Primary School within Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join the expanding specialist resource provision.

The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment so every pupil can thrive.

You will support pupils with complex SEND across our Triangle Schools, work independently and with colleagues, and contribute to high-quality teaching through inclusive practice and strong communication with families.
