We are seeking a Technical Design Lead to join our senior team and drive the delivery of some of the world’s most ambitious design projects.
Bringing deep technical expertise, strategic insight and a collaborative approach, you will empower our designers to achieve their best work. Working closely with a design-focused team, you will oversee technical delivery from concept through construction. Your responsibilities include defining clear deliverables, leading technical reviews and advising on buildability. You will anticipate challenges, find effective solutions and manage risks to ensure design integrity and quality throughout every phase.
We seek someone who takes a proactive approach to technical risk, balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail and mentors emerging talent. As an active member of our Technical Working Group, you will play a key role in advancing studio-wide technical excellence.
If you are an experienced delivery architect with a proven track record of completing multiple large-scale projects, thrive in complex environments and bring thoughtful, strategic input to innovative design, we want to hear from you.
