Heatherwick Studio is seeking a Team Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the project teams behind some of the world’s most ambitious and innovative projects. Based in our London studio, you will work closely with project teams and studio colleagues to keep projects organised, connected, and running smoothly.

Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Coordinating meetings and travel
  • Managing project information
  • Supporting team activities
  • Maintaining efficient processes

We are looking for someone with prior administrative, coordination, or team support experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You should be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working within a creative, design‑led, or project‑based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
