The Studio are looking for a proactive, curious and highly organised Team Assistant to support the Design Director’s Office and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • Meetings & Diary Management
    • Support the Personal Assistant with all internal meeting set‑ups
    • Extensive diary management
    • Book meeting spaces, organise refreshments, and ensure all materials/tech are prepared
    • Ensure Design Director is prepared and set up for all meetings.
  • Travel Coordination
    • Assist with booking flights, hotels, and transport
    • Prepare travel packs and check travel requirements/visas
  • Administration
    • Complete timesheets, expenses and raise POs
    • Lead on general admin tasks and occasional personal task coordination
    • Support the Personal Assistant to modernise admin processes and create simpler ways of working
