Projects Team Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Team Assistant – Projects to support our project teams and studio operations. In this key role, you’ll work closely with Executive Assistants, Project Leadership, and the Design Team to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across multiple projects and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient admin support across diverse teams and projects
• Maintain consistent processes and adapt to shifting priorities
• Support broader studio functions as needed

This is a full‑time permanent position, based on‑site at our Studio in Kings Cross 4 days a week.
