We’re looking for a Machine Learning Specialist/Programmer who can translate research into real-world impact. You are curious, hands on and motivated by turning ideas into working systems that improve how things are done. Comfortable navigating uncertainty, you experiment, challenge convention and focus on what truly adds value. In this role, you will help shape how machine learning is applied across the Studio, ensuring solutions are robust, usable and widely adopted.

Working at the intersection of research, engineering and delivery, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to take ideas from early exploration through to production ready systems. You will focus on solving real workflow challenges, developing scalable ML/AI applications and embedding them into everyday practice, while continuously improving systems based on feedback and contributing to shared learning.

What makes you eligible:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, machine learning or a related field
  • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, APIs and integrated systems
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (e.g. Git), testing and CI/CD
  • Experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining systems in production environments
