We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our creative, project-driven studio on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, starting mid to late June. Working closely with the FP&A Manager, Project Managers, Heads of Domains, and Commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, project governance, and commercial decision-making across the business. You’ll help improve financial visibility, strengthen project profitability, and support effective cost control in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
The role combines financial analysis, business partnering, reporting, systems oversight, and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both detail and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Project performance analysis
- Variance reporting
- Reconciliations across finance and project systems
- Timesheet compliance monitoring
- Improving financial processes through automation and smarter reporting
Critical qualifications:
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW)
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or project accounting
- Experience within the AEC sector or project-based creative environments preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with Rapport or similar project management systems
