Join our dynamic team of over 250 architects, designers, and makers based in London. We create everything from buildings to benches, combining craft and curiosity to design soulful, impactful places that inspire joy and connection.
As a Designer, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility—leading design tasks, developing detailed solutions, and collaborating closely with consultants. We’re looking for someone hands-on, thoughtful, and confident in challenging assumptions to deliver exceptional results.

What You Need
- At least 4 years professional experience in a similar role
- Degree and Master’s in architecture (or similar)
- Proficiency in Rhino
