We’re looking for Project Managers to join our fast-paced and fiercely creative team in London – people who thrive on complexity, collaboration, and bringing ambitious ideas to life. This is a perfect next step for a Project Architect who’s already been leading teams, managing programmes, and navigating project scopes – and is now ready to move fully into a dedicated project management role.
At Heatherwick, design leads the way, and our Project Managers are the calm in the creative storm. You’ll partner with design and technical leaders to bring extraordinary ideas to life – managing scopes, co-ordinating timelines, balancing resourcing budgets, and building strong relationships with clients and collaborators alike. You’ll need an architectural background, some hands-on project management experience, and the confidence to help drive delivery without being in the thick of daily design decisions. Adaptability is key – no two projects are the same – and learning ‘the Heatherwick way’ will be a rewarding journey. Expect support, mentorship, and plenty of space to grow.
You’ll work across different typologies and levels of seniority, sharing lessons, shaping delivery strategies, and helping build exciting projects.
What you need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Project Architect and senior leadership role: managing teams, clients, consultants and deliverables.
- Degree and Master’s in architecture (or similar)
