We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Assistant to be based at Heatherton School. The ideal candidate will have good communication, organisation and adaptability. Prior experience working with children is essential.
Responsibilities
- Registering children on arrival
- Sign children out on departure
- Set out suitable age appropriate games, arts and crafts, construction with guidance from the Supervisor
- Ensure high standards of pupil behaviour and manners are upheld at all times
- Weather permitting, supervise outdoor play activities
- Supervise tea and snack time
- Encourage good hygiene
- Ensure area is clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Tidy up at end of session
Additional Information
Please note, early applications are encouraged and interviews may take place on a rolling basis. We reserve the right to extend or close the deadline. Working hours: Part time (1 day per week, Friday), 3:00pm - 6:00pm, term time only. Casual contract.
