We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated KS2 Literacy Specialist to support Partner Schools in driving rapid and sustained improvements in reading outcomes, particularly for pupils who require the most progress. This role is ideal for an expert practitioner with a deep understanding of reading processes, fluency instruction, and evidence-based practice, who can confidently work alongside school leaders to evaluate, challenge, and strengthen provision.
