We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated KS2 Literacy Specialist to support Partner Schools in driving rapid and sustained improvements in reading outcomes, particularly for pupils who require the most progress.
Responsibilities- Support Partner Schools to improve reading outcomes for KS2 pupils.
- Evaluate current literacy provision and identify areas for development.
- Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to challenge and strengthen literacy instruction.
- Deliver professional development on fluency instruction and evidence‑based practice.
- Monitor pupil progress and report on improvement outcomes.
- Deep understanding of reading processes and fluency instruction.
- Evidence‑based approach to literacy improvement.
- Experienced practitioner with a track record of driving improvement in Reading.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
