Key responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences.
  • Monitor, assess, and document children's learning and development.
  • Contribute to centre events, programmes, and daily operations.
  • Act as person responsible when required.
About you:
  • ECE-qualified and registered (or eligible for registration).
  • Passionate about early childhood education and child-led learning.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with children aged 2 to 6 years and across mixed age groups.
  • Interested in, or experienced with, Montessori philosophy and practice.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 35+ hours per week.
  • Hold the legal right to work in New Zealand (visa sponsorship is not available).
