Key responsibilities:- Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor, assess, and document children's learning and development.
- Contribute to centre events, programmes, and daily operations.
- Act as person responsible when required.
- ECE-qualified and registered (or eligible for registration).
- Passionate about early childhood education and child-led learning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with children aged 2 to 6 years and across mixed age groups.
- Interested in, or experienced with, Montessori philosophy and practice.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 35+ hours per week.
- Hold the legal right to work in New Zealand (visa sponsorship is not available).
