CNC Technician / Machinist Location: Leicester area (near Blaby) Basic Salary is circa £30K (negotiable depending on experience and skill level). Hours: 6-2 / 2-10 shift Shift premium is 20% (Within the month 2 of the late shift could be worked so shift allowance is a good premium in addition to the basic.) Plus overtime at x 1.5. It involves running a 3 axis Milling machine, high speed spindle polishers, single point diamond turning machines and twin lap polishing machines. Experience using precision measuring equipment is required. The company will train the successful candidate is the use of their own equipment but you will need good CNC experience to be considered. You’ll be joining a small, welcoming team where people usually stay long-term, as you’re valued as an individual, not just a number.
