- Present new collections and line extensions, identifying customer needs and making tailored recommendations that drive sell-in and sell-out.
- Create compelling sales proposals and pitches to win new accounts and grow distribution.
- Drive regional sales performance, achieving and exceeding territory growth and revenue targets.
- Maximise brand visibility and awareness through effective in-store merchandising and execution of POS and displays.
- Deliver sales initiatives through regular in-person visits, phone, email and other channels.
- Monitor sales performance by account and overall territory, using data to spot opportunities and address underperformance.
- Organise customer events, training sessions and promotional activities to support launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to represent Heathcote & Ivory and support new business development.
- Provide regular reporting on territory performance, pipeline and market feedback to the wider sales team.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
- Experience prospecting and securing new customers, with demonstrable success in opening and growing accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, comfortable discussing pricing, terms and promotions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented, with the resilience to work autonomously in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to and influencing customers.
