OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager to grow Heathcote & Ivory’s beautifully crafted, British-designed bath, body and gifting brands across key UK retailers, including Boots, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and John Lewis. You will shape account strategy, manage in-year performance and build long-term, collaborative retail partnerships to maximise growth, profitability and brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own full P&L responsibility for your retailers
- Shape and deliver joint business plans that drive topline growth and elevate brand presence in store and online.
- Forecast and manage monthly sales, promotional calendars and retail marketing activity.
- Work closely with NPD, Logistics and Operations to ensure timely product launches and campaigns.
- Use sales and sell-through data to fine-tune stock, assortment and promotional investment.
- Be the go-to contact for buyers and retail partners, nurturing relationships and unlocking new opportunities.
- Regular analysis and reporting to build forecasts, ensure stock availability and review margins.
- Regularly review sales data and sell-through to optimise stock, assortment, and promotional ROI.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience managing UK beauty retailers, ideally including Boots, Waitrose, John Lewis etc.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced founder owned environment.
- Experience of, and passion for, the beauty or personal care industry.
