THE ROLE Exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to work across both packaging and digital assets. This role requires enthusiasm, flair and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment with a very varied work day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on packaging artwork across various brands.
- Create digital content and digital presentations for retailers, social media and other relevant platforms.
- Design Amazon A+ content, including high‑quality images, and supporting product copy/layouts to optimise product visibility and drive sales.
- Develop infographics that clearly communicate product benefits, regimes and brand stories for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Produce website visuals including homepage assets, banners, product images and other UI elements to support trading and campaigns.
- Create print‑ready artwork across editorial e-brochures, posters and point‑of‑sale materials to support in‑store activity and events.
- Contribute proactively to creative brainstorms, sharing ideas and supporting the wider design team and line manager with ad hoc tasks.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Design‑related qualification (e.g. Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication) or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and packaging design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and detail, with the ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines.
- Organised, able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines, and to respond positively to feedback and changing priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence to work closely with colleagues across Digital, Marketing, NPD and Sales.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
