An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join our team at Heath Primary School. This is a senior leadership role, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with responsibility for leading and developing all business, financial, and operational functions across the school. You will play a key role in ensuring that resources, systems, and services are efficient, compliant, and fully aligned to support school improvement and the best possible outcomes for our children.

The role includes day-to-day management of a team of three support staff, ensuring high standards, clear accountability, and strong operational delivery.
