Oaklea House Day Nursery is part of a family owned group of day nurseries located in the Hampshire area and is located within walking distance of Hook village and the station. Proudly a part of the Hook community since 2015, we are exceptionally proud of the early years foundations that we have provided for so many wonderful families over the years.

We have an excellent track record of internal promotion and progression, and previous practitioners now sit in our highest Management positions. Most recently, we are excited to be supporting and funding a number of colleagues as they undertake their Level 5 qualification.

Our team varies in age, qualification and experience, which melds together to bring in exciting ideas and a supportive team feel.
We are currently looking for a kind, caring and passionate individual to join our team in Hook as part time/full time Nursery Nurse/qualified Early Years Educator or Nursery Teacher. This could be a level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or QTS qualified individual.
Our ideal situation would be for the chosen candidate to work 41 hours over 4.5 days; however, work/life balance is important and so we can be open to discussion on hours to suit both you and the nursery, so long as these match our session times to support the needs of the children. For reference, our sessions are 8am-6pm, 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm.
Requirements: In date First Aid, food hygiene and Safeguarding certificate are desirable, but training is provided.
Pay: £11-14.00 dependent on qualification and experience.
