We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering a prestigious commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Site Manager with strong experience delivering fast-paced CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects within the London commercial market.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the mechanical installation, coordinating labour and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager within the M&E industry.




• Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally within Central London.




• Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations.




• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects.




• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, drawings and construction programmes.




• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.




• A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving.




• SMSTS or SSSTS.




• CSCS.




• Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background.




• First Aid qualification would be advantageous.




• £75,000 per annum
