A growing financial services firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their expanding team. This confidential role has arisen due to business growth and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all relevant FCA regulations, including Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and adhere to firm procedures covering compliance, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), financial crime, data security, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all dealings with clients are professional and courteous, maintaining high standards of service.
- Conduct product and market research to support client recommendations.
- Handle the administration of life, investment, and pension products, including submission of online applications, top-ups, and processing paper-based applications.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and spreadsheets as required by the Client Services Manager.
- Oversee the management of Annual Reviews and Portfolio Reviews, supporting advisers and review teams where needed.
- Liaise with clients, providers, solicitors, accountants, and lenders via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Prepare quotations and supporting documentation for advisers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of back-office systems, EIM platforms, and investment and pension products, including SIPP and SSAS administration.
- Assist with group scheme renewals, auto-enrolment schemes, and ongoing member servicing.
- Provide training or mentoring to junior or apprentice staff as directed.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing financial services role, ideally within IFA or regulated financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively within a team.
This is a full-time, office-based role. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
