The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to quickly progress to a Paraplanner Manager, in which you'll lead and develop the national paraplanning function. You'll oversee a talented team of 12-14 paraplanners working across multiple offices, ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and efficiency in all aspects of financial plan delivery. This is a remote position, but you'll be expected to visit our offices periodically to support your team, build relationships, and drive collaboration across the business.

To be considered for this Head of Paraplanning position:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum); Chartered status desirable.
  • Previous management or team leadership experience in a financial advice or wealth management environment.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations and suitability requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to offices across the UK when needed.
