About the Role:
Our client is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanners to join their continuously expanding, highly successful team in the Cheshire area. The primary responsibility is to support a team of Advisers by providing detailed and complex research and report writing. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience with financial planning products such as pensions, investments, and protection. Candidates who have attained or are working towards their CII Level 4 Diploma are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' financial situations and objectives
- Provide research, analysis, and technical support
- Prepare recommendation reports
- Maintain accurate client records
- Analyse clients' circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles
- Liaise with financial advisers to query/challenge proposed recommendations
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs passes or equivalent including English and Maths
- Attainment of or studying towards Diploma in Financial Planning
- General knowledge across a wide range of financial planning areas
- Experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment
