As a key member of the team, you will manage your own files while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment. The team handles a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, including buying and selling commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, commercial lending, and bespoke commercial property agreements. The firm's diverse clientele includes individuals, local businesses, banks, charities, and pension trustees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored legal advice to clients.
- Handle all aspects of commercial property work, including drafting sale contracts, commercial leases, legal charges, overage agreements, collaboration agreements, and promotion agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
