Job Title: Senior Administrator – Intermediaries

Location: Cardiff | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Wealth & Investment business in a Senior Administrator role supporting the Intermediaries Office. This position plays a key role in delivering operational efficiency, supporting change initiatives, and improving processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee monthly portfolio rebalancing and ensure smooth operational processes.
  2. Manage team inboxes, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Support onboarding of intermediary firms in line with CDD and AML standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and Business Management.
  5. Contribute to governance meetings, forums, and change projects.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Experience

  1. Background in investment management, wealth management, or banking.
  2. Strong understanding of client due diligence (CDD) and front office operations.
  3. Good knowledge of investment/fund management.
  4. Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
  5. Numerate with the ability to produce relevant management information (MI).
