An exciting opportunity to join a growing Wealth & Investment business in a Senior Administrator role supporting the Intermediaries Office. This position plays a key role in delivering operational efficiency, supporting change initiatives, and improving processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly portfolio rebalancing and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Actively manage team inboxes, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of intermediary firms in line with CDD and AML standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Finance, Ops, and Business Management.
- Contribute to and represent the team in governance meetings, forums, and change projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Experience
- Background in investment management, wealth management, or banking.
- Strong understanding of client due diligence (CDD) and front office operations.
- Good knowledge of investment/fund management.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Numerate with ability to produce relevant management information (MI).
