Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced RPA Business Development Manager to drive sales and strategic partnerships in the fast-evolving field of automation. In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while working closely with key stakeholders to deliver tailor-made RPA solutions to clients.
RPA Business Development Manager Specification
- Identify potential clients, industries, and partnerships that can benefit from RPA solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in target companies to understand their pain points and offer relevant automation solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our RPA platform and services and use that knowledge to consultatively sell automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets and grow market share.
- Lead the preparation of compelling RPA proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, competitor strategies, and new developments in RPA to drive sales.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, technical, marketing) to ensure successful client engagements and smooth implementations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, pipeline goals, and business development objectives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client presentations.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within RPA, automation, or technology solutions.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in target industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics are highly desirable.
- Understanding of RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and their business applications is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to consultatively sell technology-based solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
