Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a high-performing, fully independent financial planning firm? We are working with a boutique IFA practice based in Reading, seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanner to support their growing team.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 4 qualified (or Chartered) Paraplanner with at least 5 years experience in an IFA environment. You will work closely with two experienced advisers, including one with over 25 years in the industry, supporting high-quality client relationships and contributing to the delivery of bespoke financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical research
- Support advisers with client meeting preparation and follow-up
- Conduct cashflow modelling using tools such as Voyant and CashCalc
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
- Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth case progression
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices
About You:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA firm
- Diploma Level 4 qualified (Chartered status preferred but not essential)
- Proficient with IO, CashCalc, Voyant, Octopus, Aviva, and other key platforms
- Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a solicitor-level client experience
- Eager to grow within a collaborative and ambitious team
