Paraplanner Bristol
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join our Bristol-based team.
The role will involve supporting Financial Planners by drafting high-quality suitability reports in line with compliance and regulatory standards. You will work closely with advisers to interpret client meetings, research solutions and prepare accurate, well-considered recommendations that deliver good consumer outcomes.
You will manage your own caseload, ensure client files and workflows are kept up to date, obtain illustrations and supporting documentation, and maintain excellent data quality across systems. The role also includes liaising with client services and colleagues to ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.
There is also an opportunity to support the wider paraplanning function through mentoring, coaching and helping to identify improvements to processes and best practice.
The successful candidate will have:
Level 4 Diploma (essential)
Level 6 qualification or working towards Advanced qualifications
Previous paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
A collaborative, team-focused approach
