We are seeking a Claims MI Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced claims operation. Sitting at the centre of the team, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening client service and supporting data-driven decision-making. If you enjoy working closely with senior management, enhancing operational performance, and producing high-quality MI and reporting, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
  • Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating incoming and active claims
  • Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery
  • Produce claims statistics, performance MI, and reports for both internal use and clients
  • Maintain data accuracy, document procedures, and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal office protocols
  • Assist in authorising claim payments in accordance with agreed processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
  • Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery, MI reporting and data insights

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with claims data, reporting, and MI
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
