A growing and well-established investment management firm is seeking an Investment Management Administrator to join its team. This role offers a varied opportunity to support an experienced investment management function, working closely with IFAs, platforms, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and technical support to the investment management team
  • Onboarding new clients and preparing investment illustrations
  • Investing and monitoring new business through to completion
  • Implementing model portfolio strategy changes across multiple platforms
  • Managing withdrawals, strategy switches, and full surrender requests
  • Monitoring transfers and ensuring timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate Excel trackers for new business, investments, and withdrawals
  • Producing performance data using FE Analytics
  • Supporting the management team with AUM reporting and capital flow data
  • Assisting with the preparation of factsheets, product materials, and newsletters
  • Liaising with platform providers to resolve investment and operational issues

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in investment or technical administration
  • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
  • Confidence liaising with IFAs and external providers
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Fusion, 7IM, or Hubwise platforms is desirable
