An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a growing, forward-thinking brokerage that puts people and service at the heart of everything they do. This is a sales-driven role where you'll be empowered to build and manage your own book, work closely with clients, and shape your own success with genuine earning potential and career progression.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and managing a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
- Prospecting for new business via outbound activity, networking, and referrals
- Delivering tailored insurance solutions across commercial lines (e.g. property, liability, PI, motor)
- Preparing quotes, renewals, and providing ongoing client support
- Collaborating with internal brokers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
- Achieving and exceeding sales and retention targets
What We're Looking For:
- A background in commercial insurance sales or broking
- Strong understanding of the UK commercial insurance market
- Proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships
- Confident communicator with a consultative, solution-led approach
- Cert CII (or working towards) is a plus, but not essential
