A market leading 100m+ business in the provision of Facilities Management services is looking to add to its talented team with the appointment of a senior sales professional in the form of Business Development Director. This role will suit an experienced Sales Director, or Head of Sales, or a Senior Business Development Manager.
This business has gone from strength to strength over the last 20 years and has an enviable proposition of FM services in both worlds of Hard and Soft FM. They provide a range of services centering around Facilities Management, equipment hire services, cleaning services, fire and electrical, HVAC, and water hygiene solutions for both end users and FM businesses alike. They have won several awards and are heavily entrenched in the world of certification and compliance solutions. Some customers are the likes of Ikea, Wembley Stadium, HSBC, Sainsburys, Estee Lauder, Mitie, Sodexho, Sky TV and many more.
The business has grown their revenue lines year on year at an eye watering rate and have much more planned in terms of investment and strategic growth for 2024 and beyond.
To be considered you will need:
- Significant new business sales experience
- Credibility at a senior level within Facilities Management service provision
- An understanding of the bid/tender process
- Strong influencing / relationship building skills
- A proven track record of results and performance
Salary range is £70,000 - £95,000 depending on exact experience, plus a car and benefits package, plus an uncapped OTE. This role is heavily remunerated from a bonus and total earnings perspective further details of which can be given at interview stage.
