We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a modern and award-winning, established IFA in London as an IFA Administrator. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. We are open to considering candidates with or without industry experience, with a strong emphasis on attitude and tech-savviness.
IFA Administrator key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
- Utilise back office systems and workflows
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
- Processing of new business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
- Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
IFA Administrator role requirements:
- Exposure to Financial Services (0-2 years) would be ideal, such as in IFA Administration, Investments or Pensions
- Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry
- Knowledge of using a CRM
