We are currently working with a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
Processing new business applications and tracking to completion
Preparing client review packs and maintaining client records
Liaising with clients and providers to obtain relevant policy information
Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and recorded accurately
Updating the CRM system and managing client documentation
