We are currently seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join the Client Review Team at a fantastic wealth management firm in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in financial administration who is eager to take ownership of the client review process and progress in their career within a dynamic and growing organisation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with providers and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Book meetings with clients and assist in preparing client meeting packs.
  • Handle no change letters and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Fully own the client review process, becoming an integral part of the team.
