The Role
We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our High Wycombe office. This vacancy has arisen due to a planned retirement, and we need someone confident and proactive to support our advisers and ensure smooth client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual review packs and assist with suitability reports
- Liaise with providers and clients regarding pensions, investments, life cover, and employee benefits
- Process new business applications and monitor progress
- Update and maintain client records on Intelliflo (IO)
- Manage adviser fees and commission entries
- Handle fund switches and policy amendments
- General admin duties including filing, scanning, and diary management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in IFA administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Intelliflo experience preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as Abrdn Wrap, AJ Bell, James Hay, Brooks Macdonald, Aviva (beneficial but not essential)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
