We are working with a well-established, boutique IFA firm based in Hertford, who are looking to appoint a Trainee Independent Financial Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to step up into advice or a Junior Adviser seeking a supportive environment to progress their career.
About the Firm:
- A close-knit team of four in the Hertford office, working collaboratively.
- The existing team includes two highly experienced IFAs, a Paraplanner (progressed from apprentice), and an Administrator.

- Work closely with Advisers to support and gradually take on your own clients.
- Writing high-quality financial planning reports and ensuring clients receive the best ongoing service.
