Purpose of the Role: Support advisers and paraplanners by managing complex administrative processes and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role suits someone experienced in financial services who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of client administration, including pensions, investments, and protection.
- Prepare and process new business, valuations, and client reports.
- Liaise with advisers, providers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.
- Maintain accurate client data on internal systems and meet FCA compliance standards.
- Prepare meeting packs and support advisers with follow-up actions.
- Mentor and support junior administrators.
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services administration.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.
