Purpose of the Role
This position is focused on processing new business, servicing existing clients, and supporting the delivery of ongoing advice. The role includes platform‑based work, generating illustrations, and direct communication with clients and providers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high standards of risk management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support within the IFA Client Services team and working closely with paraplanners.
- Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records using internal systems.
- Producing documentation such as letters, reports, and invoices.
- Following up on actions from adviser and paraplanner instructions.
- Preparing client files and valuations ahead of review meetings.
- Ensuring all client files remain compliant.
- Liaison with clients and product providers regarding outstanding documents and queries.
Skills & Experience Required
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of two years experience in a financial planning support role. A strong understanding of the financial planning process, along with experience using platforms/wraps and internal back‑office systems, is highly desirable.
