The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in employment law and places a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and professional growth. The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join them in a remote capacity, meaning the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the country. You will run a caseload of a broad range of Employment matters, to include both respondent and claimant work. At the moment the firm are focusing on finding a solid litigator, and the firm are very solutions-focused so you will get the chance to be a part of an extremely exciting time for the business as they continue to explore alternative ways of working.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ PQE
- Ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, to include both respondent and claimant work (ideally a strong litigation background)
- A strong team player and willing to share ideas to provide clients the best solutions possible
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a friendly approach
